Monthly and annual subscriptions

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

If you are unsatisfied with your first paid period (monthly or annual), email support@realtorsacademy.org within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.

EU / UK statutory withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer-protection law. By starting to use paid features immediately on signup, you agree to waive this right for the portion you've consumed; any unused portion is refundable on request within the 14-day window.
