These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and Intelligence Software Labs, a Nevada corporation ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of Realtors Academy (the "Service"), available at https://realtorsacademy.org.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. The Service

Realtors Academy is an independent practice and study platform designed to help real estate professionals and students sharpen their knowledge. It offers practice questions, flashcards, vocabulary builders, mock tests, study tools, and progress tracking.

Important Disclaimers

• The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state real estate commission, regulatory body, or licensing authority.
• We are not a licensed real estate school.
• Using this Service does not satisfy any state's pre-licensing education requirements.
• Passing our mock tests or practicing with our materials does not guarantee you will pass any real estate licensing exam.

Real estate laws and exam content vary by state and change frequently. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or currency. Always verify all information with your state's official real estate commission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately via our contact form if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings. Deletion is permanent. See our Privacy Policy for information about data retention after deletion.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we reasonably believe may harm other users or the Service.

4. Pricing and Refunds

The Service is currently free. We do not collect payment information at this time.

If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will update these Terms and provide clear pricing, billing, and refund information before charging you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Service's content (questions, explanations, flashcards, guides, etc.).
• Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or download content.
• Attempt to circumvent security features, rate limits, or authentication measures.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except where law prohibits such restriction).

We may monitor usage and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, questions, explanations, flashcards, and materials on the Service are owned by Intelligence Software Labs or its licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal study purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, republish, or commercially use the materials.

Your study progress, quiz history, flashcard ratings, and other practice data belong to you. You may export a copy of your data at any time from the Account Settings.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties - express, implied, or statutory - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• That the content is error-free or up to date
• That you will pass any real estate exam
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelligence Software Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, exam failure, or opportunity costs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. Since the Service is currently free, our liability is typically limited to $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intelligence Software Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion if you breach these Terms. Sections 6-9 and 11-13 survive any termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Miscellaneous

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
