1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Realtors Academy, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

Realtors Academy is an independent study aid for state real estate licensing exams. It is not affiliated with any state real estate commission, regulatory body, or testing provider.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, or share our exam content with anyone outside your account, scrape the service, or attempt to circumvent its security. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that you will pass any licensing exam. Always verify exam requirements with your state's official source.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and at the top of this page.
