Real Estate Study Platform · Florida

Sharpen your real estate knowledge. Stay exam-ready.

A focused practice platform for aspiring agents preparing for the licensing exam — and for working agents who want to keep their fundamentals sharp. Practice quizzes, plain-English explanations, spaced-repetition flashcards, and a timed mock exam, all built around the official Florida syllabus.

Everything you need on one screen

Six tools, one progress tracker, zero textbook stacks.

Practice quizzes

Drill any single topic, mix several, or take a random round. Every wrong answer comes with a four-part explanation: why the right answer wins, why each wrong one fails, a real-world example, and the takeaway you should memorize.

Spaced-repetition flashcards

Cards you struggle with come back tomorrow. Cards you've mastered fade out for a week, then a month. The schedule adjusts itself; you just rate how confident you felt.

Full mock exam

100 questions, 3.5-hour timer, topic-weighted exactly like the real exam. Flag questions to revisit, get a detailed breakdown of where you lost points, and see what to drill next.

🎯

Personalized study plan

An exam-readiness score that re-computes after every quiz. It tells you which topics are dragging you down, ranks them by impact, and links straight to the right drill.

📚

Study guides + glossary

A comprehensive guide per topic with key concepts, statutes, exam tips, common traps, and worked math examples. 200 key terms searchable in one place.

𝛘

Math helper

Closing-statement scenarios, prorations, commissions, and every formula you'll be asked to apply — with state-specific tax rates baked in.

How it works

Sign up, take a baseline, study what matters — until you're ready.

1

Take a baseline

A short diagnostic quiz pegs your strongest and weakest topics, so we're not wasting your time on things you already know.

2

Study what matters

Your study plan ranks topics by gap × weight on the real exam. Drill the highest-impact one for 15 minutes a day — or marathon when you have time.

3

Sit the mock exam

Take the timed full-length mock under exam conditions to see how the pieces hold together. Review where you lost points and drill those topics before exam day.

More states coming. The platform is built multi-state from day one — new content drops as new state syllabi are added.

Built differently

Most exam-prep sites are giant question dumps. This is the opposite.

Explanations that actually explain

Study guides with key concepts, statutes, and exam tips per topic. Every question has a four-part breakdown: why right is right, why wrong is wrong, an example, the takeaway. No vague one-liners.

Progress that's specific

An exam-readiness score with priority topics ranked by gap × weight. Not "you took 12 quizzes" — "you're at 3% readiness, fix Brokerage Operations next."

Aligned to the real syllabus

20 topics built from the official 2023 Florida DBPR syllabus, each weighted to match the real exam — not invented categories. License Law gets the License Law weight, no guessing.

Real exam conditions

100 questions, 3.5-hour timer, weighted by topic, flag and revisit, auto-submit at time-out. The mock isn't a longer quiz — it's a rehearsal.

200 terms, searchable

A real glossary, not a five-page PDF. Jump by letter, type to filter, see the citation. The terms you'll be tested on, in one place.

Daily-use, not cram-only

Question of the Day, study streaks, and an adaptive plan built for 15-minute sessions — sustainable over weeks, not just the night before.

Flashcards that adapt

443 spaced-repetition flashcards across all 20 topics. Cards you struggle with come back tomorrow; cards you've mastered fade to a week, then a month. You rate, the schedule adjusts.

Questions people ask

Does this replace the pre-licensing course?

No. Florida (and every other state) requires a state-approved pre-licensing course before you can sit the exam. Realtors Academy is an exam prep tool — you use it to drill, review, and simulate the test once you've completed your course.

Is it really free?

Yes. Right now everything is free while we build out more states. We don't take payment information and we won't auto-charge you. If we introduce paid tiers later, we'll tell you clearly before anything changes.

How current is the content?

Florida content is built from the official 2023 DBPR syllabus and statutes, and we revise as the source updates. Real estate law changes; we update.

If I score well on your mock, will I pass the real one?

We don't make that promise — nobody honestly can. What we can say is that our mock is weighted and timed to mirror the real exam, so if you can answer 80% of our questions cold and finish under the clock, you've covered the material the real exam tests. The proctor's scoresheet is still the only one that counts.

I'm already licensed. Is this useful for me?

Yes — a lot of working agents use practice questions to keep their fundamentals sharp, prep for continuing education, or get up to speed on areas they don't touch every day. You can drill any single topic on its own.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, all traffic is HTTPS, and you can export or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.

Are you affiliated with a real estate commission?

No. We're an independent study tool. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state real estate commission, regulatory body, or licensing authority.
